Tank/stand mount for SunPower T5?

I am planning to switch to a Sunpower 6 bulb 48" fixture and really do not want to drill holes in the ceiling since we are planning to move soon. In addition it has to look nice...married 23 years so she can't hate it or I will never hear the end of it. I saw some floor mounts that would go around the tank and lights would hang from it but they are not exactly pretty and certain she will hate it.

Are there any mounts that allow you to hang lights from it? I have considered some of the LED tank mounts and just hung it from there but not sure they would be high enough. I believe 8" is the preferred height.

I have considered a couple different options. First, was thinking about making 2 L shaped brackets. The long end would bolt to the stand in the back and the other end would hang over the top of the tank...then the light hangs off that. This seems like the cleanest option (other have having to re-mount my apex) because you would not see the mount much. I might try this with 1" aluminum square tub and bolt them for now with bracing. If they work out I will get my buddy to weld them up.

Looking for other ideas.

How about a canopy?

That canopy is really pretty! I do have a canopy for this tank but it is too small for any lights. My old plastic coralife lights got hot enough to melt the plastic housing. Been running open top for almost a year now and really like the look and ease of the open top.

Think I will use a couple 8ft aluminum pipes with a 90 degree bend to extend over the top of the tank. Will talk to my buddy and see if 1" or 1.5" would work better.
