tank stand question

I want a stand for my future tank, it would be about 35 gallons.
but I don't know where to start...
Do you guys know anyone that makes stands?
How much do you think I would be spending?
Is there a guide on making my own stand?

Don't need much for a 35 gal stand...a basic plywood stand would be more than enough... You could build it just like the cabinets in your kitchen...

If I go 50g, would making the stand be more difficult?

50G will take a more complex stand having an extra 20 gallons of water. There are alot of stand build threads here, take a look at some of them. Building a stand is a great project and if done right can look better and be twice as funtional as a premade one.
