Quick and easy...

Swapping from a 32 to a 120. Want to do it all in one day after water is stable in new tank. Going to use brand new sand. Moving everything else from the old tank to the new.

Will I have a cycle? Shouldn’t right? Same bio load, rock loaded with enough bacteria already. Right?

Just don’t want to kill everything with an ammonia spike.

Your really not transferring that much water or rock going from a 32 -150. I transferred from a 240 across my house to a 210. Used almost all the same water half my live rock and new sand and still had a small cycle. Lost some coral and a carpet nem. I was shocked as my 240 was running for 5 years.

Yes. It is 'cycled' for the bioload that you already have. Anything further and you'd of course need to build up biological filtration.
