Got rid of my Evo and transferred everything into a Waterbox 20. Ditched the filter sock and used the Intank media basket. Have an AI Prime 16, Aquatop Nano UV Sterilizer and replaced the pump with a Sicce 1.0 fitted with a random flow generator. Used new sand, some old and some new rock and old water which was topped off. Everything is clear and corals are for the most part open and happy.

Looks great. Newby here. Did you find that the Sicce 1.0 turned all the way down pushes too much water? My water is splattering on the glass and I turned it down. I might be missing an adaptor piece bc I can’t change the position of the nozzle. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
oh and did you do a QT tank?

The sicce does push a lot of water and I have mine at about half. I changed out the standard return nozzle and did have to get an adapter to be able to use regular 1/2" locline. Vivid creative aquatics sells the adapter and locline pieces as well as the random flow generator. I don't have a qt tank right now which I know is a big no no but I have no room for it. I'm OCD about dipping corals and extremely selective at the LFS when choosing fish.
