Possible to move to a 40 or 60 cube without destroying everything? Right now it’s a bio cube 32 gallon

Yes, you can definitely transfer to a larger tank. I always find moving the sand the most tedious. I usually put an inch of old tank water in the new tank, then add the sand, then set a bowl in the new tank and pour the rest of the old tank water into the bowl so it gently overflows and doesn’t disturb the sand too much. It will be cloudy for a bit but settles down eventually.
