Tank upgrade suggestions

I am looking to upgrade my waterbox aio 25 peninsula to something larger, around 75ish gallons. I was looking at the waterbox 110.4 since I have had great experience with my current tank, however I have seen mixed reviews on waterbox’s customer service, unstable stands, or a bad sump design that makes it hard to clean. For some context, I am looking for:

L 48 x W 20 x H 18+ (maximum space available)

Never have done a sump before, so preferably a kit with sump, tank, stand, plumbing

Reliability over anything (including looks/visual quality)

An ok-decent customer service

Strong stands, seams, etc. I would like a near failproof system

I know my wants are very specific, but I look at tanks (Waterbox Peninsula 4820, Red sea 350G2+, Waterbox 110.4) and they seem great until looking at reviews about hardware being hard to take care of, unstable stands (cant build my own sadly) ,possible faulty seams or terrible customer support. My main issue with the 110.4 is no refugium in the sump and having the little channels that would be hard to maintain. I haven’t heard about seam/ stand issues, but am aware of waterbox’s bad support team.

Do you have any ability to increase your width from 20 to 23”?
Innovative Marine has a 100 G full reef kit for a reasonable price. I’ve had two of there tanks and love them, plus they have top notch service and reliable builds.

Maybe, depending on how long it is. There is an air vent 22” from the trim of my wall on the floor, and I’m not sure if I can put that much weight on it.

It is 48” L X 23” D and I think 20” H

I've always done custom everything because I like the planning and project part of the journey. I also like higher stands than what those companies offer. It costs a little more but you get everything exactly how you want it. I'd go higher on your tank height, 20-24" to get more water volume. With just 18" by the time you add substrate and consider the thickness of the bottom glass and your water level from the top you have only 14-15" of water.

I was saying 18+” so that people know the absolute minimum of height that I was willing to do. It will mostly be LPS colonies that I will be growing out in there, and I really just need more footprint right now. Thank you for the information, though!

Their support is amazing if you have questions. It’s rare these days to have support actually answer their phones. And they are beautiful tanks!!! They’re a bit spendy, but if you can swing it, they’re worth every penny. Even has built ATO in a brilliantly thought out design.

Money is a factor, want to keep it under 3k but its ok if its a but over. My mom said its fine for another position, only issue is weight now. I need a 100gal total system volume max, with good sump and plumbing included.
