I have reef energy AB+, reef roid

I want to target feed my gonioporas, but since they are small frag sizes, I'm not sure how much of this product I should use. Each goniopora is on a 3cm round frag plug, and I have a total of 4 frags. My tank is 10 gallons.

You typically want to just use a small spurt of roids per coral, just enough to cover the polyps but not the whole body. Any leftover after 20-30 minutes you can use a baster to blast the excess into the water column and any bacteria/filterfeeders/clean up crew you have should take care of the rest.

Yeah, just a mild dusting of the food over/on the coral is fine. I don't even blow it off after, I just turn the flow back on and let it do its thing.

not sure about AB+, but with reef roids atleast you don't need to over think it. In my nano tanks I just broadcast some reefroids using a syringe until I feel like it is enough.
