Currently I am running MH's and Super brights actinics. Bu due to size and reflectors I have what I feel are sort of dead spots. I would like to some how fill in those spots.

Thanks. I run the combo because i like the reflection and realistic points of MH but 150watt MH bulbs IMO have crappy color compared to say, 400watt 20K radiums. So thats where the T-5s come in, i run 4 actinic bulbs of blues and purples. Plus the t-5s give my tank a nice morning and evening effect without the MH running.

Maybe add more actinic?
I think when i plan my next setup i will go with a 400wattMH/T5VHO mixture

Ha ha. My frag tank is being upgraded in size and my MH fixture on the current frag tank is being replaced with an ATI T5 Sunpower. :D In a week ALL of my tanks will officially be 100% T5. After using T5's for almost two years on my main setup I just cant see myself going back to MH.
