Well update on situation. Credit card company didnt allow the claim i filed to go thru since it was so old. So i contacted the owner of TCA. we talked for a day or two. But he finally made it more than right. Gave me back more than i expected for the long wait. I actually though he was bsing me. But when he went ahead and gave me more than i expected i knew i was just really impatient .
