To everyone else here sounding off about their success with this product, thanks! If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your support and thanks so much for giving TDO a try.
Do you know if Copperband butterflies will eat TDO? Any experience (either personal or through customer’s feedback) on feeding Copperbands?

I have a Copperband feeding on mysis, but I want to move away from mysis as I don’t feel it‘s very nutritious. :)

Yes, we have had customers in the past that have been able to get Copperbands onto TDO. Small is a good size for them.

We've also had a number of customers that have been able to get other butterfly species onto TDO which was a relief to many of them!

Thanks for asking.

Best,
Chad

Have my copperband for almost 2 years now. Still only eat frozen. I have tried TDO, DKI, PE mysis pellets, and etc. No luck though. All my other fish will eat TDO except for the copperband.

My Copperband is trying to eat the small, but I think it’s too small for him. I ordered the medium. I think the small is too small for all my fish.

Eheim makes sort of a ring specifically for their auto feeder. It attaches to the feeder itself.

After many months using this food I noticed the other day that it says to keep refrigerated to prolong life. Are we supposed to be storing this food in the fridge after opening or is room temp ok? House is always in the lower 70s.

We recommend refrigeration, but many people don't refrigerate and have never seen anything negative. You can also refill an auto feeder with it once every 2 weeks without issue.

Thanks for asking!

TDO has spoiled most of my fish, and they won't eat other pellets. This stuff is cat-nip for fish. I hope it is well rounded and healthy.

They used to eat NLS and Seaweed Extreme, but today they only eat a few of those and then ignore the rest, unless the rare occasion happens like they haven't been fed for a day
