Tear in anemone

My RBTA was moving and i wanted to remove it i carefully peeled off it's foot and once it was out i discovered a hole is this a tear and is the anemone doomed?

There is a possibility it will survive. All you can do is hope it pulls through
 
Ok i'll keep it in the betta box and try to feed it
 
DONT feed it. Your going to end up stressing if out even more !
