Hi All

I just got a SA KHD and am working through getting it setup and working correctly.

Currently it appears to be measuring my tank at around 2-3 dKH higher than my Hanna Checker (Hannah @ 8, KHD @ 10.6) and 2 dkH higher than the reference solution.

I've done 4 tests (one after the other) with the reference solution and it's come back at: 9.9, 9.6, 9.4 and 9.2. A rough 0.2 dKH drop with each test.

I've tried all of the following:
- Updated to the latest firmware
- Measured the lines twice and put in the correct amount including the filter
- Calibrated the probe twice
- Checked for leaks and bubbles in the line
- Checked the reagant line length is below the 60cm max (currently around 40cm)
- Measure 4x with the reference solution.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice they could offer?

Use a scale to measure the waters in the tubes, that should solve your issue.
