Temp probe won’t change after calibration...

For some reason I can’t calibrate my temp probe.

Here’s why I want to, I have a spare that I have upstairs near the tank but reading the room temp. Probably not the most accurate this way but it gives me an idea of our house/living room temp via Apex. I am trying to calibrate the temp probe labeled “House” so it matches my thermostat on the wall. As seen below, my screenshots, it states it completes but never changes the temperature. Yes the probe is WORKING and reacts to temperature changes, as seen in one of the pics after placing it in my hand, etc.

Any ideas? I swear I’ve done this before with no issues...

Pic 6- Click done after “Complete”
Pic 7- still shows previous temp

Just tried again. Same thing. Everything “works”, says “complete”, but the temp NEVER changes to the new value.

What am I missing?!?

I’ve had the same exact problem before many times especially when trying to calibrate salinity probe the issue I found is through the app fusion app on cell phone it will not update and I had to use the display screen or my PC

That’s honestly one thing I haven’t tried. I’ll fire up the laptop in the morning. Thanks for the idea. I had also before your comment opened a support ticket to see what they say.

I’m sure this will do it for you. One reason why I bought a used display module was for things like this

I went onto my laptop, using the basic fusion, it still was the same.

Then, I entered in my IP and went into the “classic” dashboard, and that seemed to do it!
