Sorry this got ignored, they completely erased themselves apparently but they had a tutorial on YouTube. Are those gone as well?
Yes those are gone as well… considering they were a sponsor I figured this form would make the threads available but crickets

Ya, looks like they had a falling out and completely erased themselves. I still have my drop off, if you have any questions I might be able to help

Any thoughts or pics you took while making ?
Spent ALLOT of time on all three of the Tennecor DIY treads as they were developing and mad they are all gone. Anyway... finally getting to my Drop Tank assembly. Customizing my AIO with multiple dividers but have it drawn up in CAD and putting together an assembly document. You asked about order to glue.
Are you doing a Weldon assembly or the Silicone assembly which the Drop was intended for?

well it was suppose to be a Weldon build but he later said it can 100 percent be assembled with silicone

Worked up a Weldon Assembly sheet and some customizing ideas that I'm making. Might of gone over the top in the wright up. Have the Silicone instructions in the works. Are you going to Glue or Silone yours?

Weldon and Silicone Assembly Instructions for the 10g Drop Off
These are how I would put the kit together, other may do differently. At least these give you an idea of how to systematically go thought assembly steps and modify them or the kit as you desire. Being a DIY kit do what you want and modify as desired. At the end of the Weldon instruction sheet is my 3 Chamber AIO modification for this kit.
Personally, for seam strength and side blow out security I am building mine with Weldon #4. Tested the thicker #14 on underside of chair finding it ugly and messy.
Eager to see how your turns out. Have Fun with this one!!!

wow these are very nice instructions. did anything like this ever exist for the pico?
There were build links for all three Tenecor DIY kits. Unfortunately they were deleted when the company shut down. Let me know if you want to discuss either the 3g or 5g builds.

Check out Tenecor DIY tank for R2R drolmaeye Some 3g build pics (not mine)

Where was this when I was building mine and was asking a ton of questions and got no responses lol
Wish the original posts weren't delegated. For all 3 of the TENECOR DIY Kits their original thread had allot of development back and forth, questions, feedback, and their links for basic instructions. Now we can only rely on those like yourself that started a build tread. Thank you for doing so since I'm seeing there are still those of us that have also been dragging our heals on starting or finishing our DIYs.
Hope to have my 10g DOff assembled next month. Patiently piece by piece I'm gluing mine tougher with Weldon for a stronger structure. (as time permits) Possibly some small inside silicone CYA seams no more than 3/16 wide after. Will see.... Good Luck on your build!

I used weldon and it pretty much leaked every where imaginable… siliconed every seem but some areas are super hard to get silicone in ie the filter compartment… actually been running for two months and started leaking again think I got it fixed but we shall see

@revhtree hello! Can some of the tenecor threads be unarchived and moved somewhere for members to access? There a lot of diy kits they sold and the tips and instructions were in the threads, plus’s the valuable learning lessons members documented in the thread
