This is my terrible experience buying from Chayse and Camaro show corals who I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I spent close to $1,000 in late September last year on some SPS which I was super excited about. That excitement faded fast as I realized what a dumb decision it was to buy from this guy. First off he DM’s me in separate thread asking if I wanted some sticks. I told him I hadn’t received the ones I bought yet and he’s like, oh yea. First red flag. Next, after waiting for over a month and after being told that he forgot to ship them to me because he had so many orders going out that mine got lost in the mix (cause I obviously wasn’t a priority) or that he didn’t ship the days I was off (should let people know before you take their money when you do and don’t ship). I finally received the corals. Hooray I finally got them and was so excited. What a surprise though, Chayse forgot to send 2 of them cause why would you be on top of things while running a business(oh yea he has a full time job too which he used as an excuse for his terrible business practices). He admitted he forgot and told me I would receive them the next week. That was mid November and I have been waiting ever since. I had to continuously follow up with him trying to get them shipped or a partial refund. He told me he didn’t do refunds and that most vendors would charge me the shipping cost to send the corals he forgot to send, which if true is terrible business practice. I was supposed to finally get the corals earlier this month and to no surprise they were never shipped. Thank god for PayPal and their payment protection as they gave me a partial refund for the products I never got. What a terrible experience and a terrible business. Buy at your own risk and be careful who you buy from cause if your deemed not a priority especially with this guy you will be waiting forever or not get the goods you paid for at all.

I see you certainly want to try to dename
Me. For starters you were one of the most difficult customers in almost ten years of selling frags. From the start I told you I get a lot of messages on here and am very popular. I told you straight up I don’t alway ship for Thursday every week and do have alot of orders especially for cut to order but would certainly try to accommodate your specific ship day, which I did on your original order. Everyone has had a frag get let behind on the rack rushing orders out the door, something rare but has happened to anyone selling and shipping corals, especially with the ups cut off time of 5pm for overnight certainly no big deal but you made a mountain of a mole hole. 99% of vendors would you tell to pay shipping or wait till your next order, I gladly said don’t worry about the shipping cost and would get you out with a few extra frags. You didn’t want to wait for your extra frags especially during some inclement weather conditions and my work travel that I had told you about and decided to do a chargeback, the week your frags was to ship everyone was noticed of my running out of 12x5 shipping bags the week prior got moved to the following weeks. It doesn’t help when you say you only have one day you can receive. It’s pretty know my main ship days are Monday and Tuesdays these days but I try to adjust to my customers to satisfy everyone. This is when you decided to make the chargeback and of course you decided to stop all communication of with me. Let alone telling you you were in good hands with someone who’s been selling coral for over ten years, one of the most well respected sps growers and sellers in the country, R2R gold sponsor and 100s of positive reviews over the years. I actually was trying to respond to your claim but was in CLT airport with poor service. At the end of the day dealing with as an unprofessional and demanding customer like you were throughout the transaction isn’t worth the small amount of money you wanted back. Of course your not gonna show how beautiful your frags you got were. I’m not gonna have a customer cuss me and dename me like you did for not following policy. I think you can ask anyone and anyone who has bought frags has always gotten them. I apologize you were unhappy but you should know we are a one man operation and not WWC doing 50 orders a day with 15 people. Sorry you thought differently but I hope you can enjoy being on the customer black list something that I have never had to do but feel like I need to let fellow vendors know about the headaches you caused. As always and most importantly I do hope you can enjoy your frags you got and they grow into beautiful colony’s to enjoy and share with others.

Peace, love and save the coral

Chayse

Dename you? That’s funny, I just wanted to share my experience buying from you and what a terrible life choice it was. That money would’ve been better spent somewhere else. I didn’t want to wait huh. You told me mid November I would have the ones you had forgotten to which I said ok it was early March when I was tired of waiting. The quality of the corals was never in question it was always about receiving them, that was the issue and the fact that I always had to get into contact with you first. I never cut off contact with you I just stopped asking when I would receive my corals after 3 months of waiting and like usual you never tried to contact me to let me know when you would be shipping them. I started the claim the 11th of this month and you had until the 29th to respond but per usual it must’ve slipped your mind. Any blacklist of yours I will happily be on as I’ve done plenty of business on this website with multiple vendors and users with no issues until you. Good luck with everything and I’m happy you take care of some of your customers.
