Testing out macro lens

Just picked up a 100mm canon and thought I'd share a few shots I took. This was my first/second day ever using a macro lens. Photography for that matter. Any suggestions? It appears I need better lighting?

Nice! Try playing around with the exposure a bit to brighten things up a bit.
