Hi All,

I hope this helps someone that would like to send txt alerts to your phone. Most carriers have email to txt capability, you just need to search for the address format for your carrier.

More info can be found HERE

Some common carriers:

AT&T Wireless (formerly Cingular)
[10-digit phone number]@txt.att.net
Example: [email protected]

Sprint
[10-digit phone number]@messaging.sprintpcs.com
Example: [email protected]

T-Mobile
[10-digit phone number]@tmomail.net
Example: [email protected]

Verizon
[10-digit-number]@vtext.com
Example: [email protected]

Virgin Mobile USA
[10-digit phone number] @vmobl.com
Example: [email protected]

Hi David,
This is a very handy tip! Thank you for sharing this. :)

For those who may not be familiar with the email/text features of the ProfiLux, can you share a few screenshots of how this is entered into the email settings?

Here you go! The reason I like to use txt for alerts as I am drawn more to txt rather then email. I get flooded with email.

@Vinny@GHLUSA BTW Are you aware that the 'My email Account' settings are not saved with all of the other settings when you update the firmware? even if you backup your data.
