I want to thank Aqua Illumination for the top-notch customer service afforded me.

I have (3) Hydra 32s on a tank, of which one failed. I reached out to AI and spoke with Tim. After some brief troubleshooting, he was quickly satisfied that this light was not coming back on.

I provided him with the necessary documentation for a warranty replacement, when he discovered the light in question was one month out of warranty. Tim's answer?

"It could just have easily failed a month before the warranty expired too. I'm going to extend the warranty on this light."

The new light is installed and working perfectly.

Before and after pictures would have been great.

I once posted about one of the three lights not being color balanced with the other two. It would also take two or even three attempts to get the light to connect to either the AI or Mobius apps. So in hindsight, this light was having problems out of the box.

The new light shows good color balance.

AI has always had great customer service. I bought a "New" Hydra 26HD years ago which ended up being completely dead from water damage. Sent it to AI even though it was way out of warranty and I wasn't even the original owner. They gave me a Hydra 32HD for 150 and I was able to get my money back from paypal for the Hydra 26. Still running the same Hydra 32 years later.
