Thanks to Amanda at Red Sea, for promptly replacing my dKH titration. I was not getting the color change I expected, and my values were lower than could be explained. Sent her some pictures and lot number early this week, and received my replacement tirant today. Big difference! Much more reasonable results. Thanks Amanda, great customer service!

Lot 442 was no good for me. The new titration had an expiration date.

I am trying to get them to address an issue for me. I have the algae control kit and my nitrate kit testing low range or high range has no color change at all. it doesnt turn the really faint pink to show 0 for either. you can see a difference on the wheel comparing the 2 that the tested water is 100% clear. first time I contacted them about it they kinda said ok its working but I feel if I am getting zero reaction and not matching the 0.00ppm in anyway something is wrong. hopefully this second time I contacted them they do something for me

hmmmm I think my tank has like extreme ultra low nitrates as i checked against my sons freshwater tank just to see if i get a reading and yep its color changing. So I guess that means I can feed the fish more to make them a little fatter
