For making Christmas come twice this year!! Called these folks up before placing an order(mainly due to my location) and got better then expected customer service. These folks not only gave me great tips on how to care for my new pieces, but gave me what I think is a great bang for my buck. I also took place in a promo event and got a perfectly healed chalice for FREE. And not a cheap one by any means(also fully healed!!). The huge factor in my case was these folks sent my box to AK in the winter, and the water was at 72!! I cannot thank Mike enuff for the really true to decription pieces, great packaging/shipping, And willingness to answer any/all my questions in an timely manner. :wink::wink:
