That smell!!!

Ugh, that smell is the biggest reason I wear gloves

If you wash your hands then rub your hands on the stainless steel faucet (like your washing them), then rewash your hands it will get rid of nearly any offensive stuck on smell (like the fish funk from butchering salmon). It's an old chef's trick. (Some really really bad ones you have to do it a couple times, but it works).

I will definitely try this the next time I'm chopping up onions!

LOL I like the smell, but I think it's because I associate it with the acro...and I love me some SPS...I just wish they always felt the same way about me...
 
For some reason I always forget about the smell until it hits me. Don't mind it but my wife hates the smell.
