Can I get advice? I want a dwarf angel, something colorful and chill. I have a 72gal bowfront, with a fistfull of mollies, a rabbitfish, and a red cardinal fish. I'm torn between a Bicolor, an Eibli, or a coral beauty. I'm not super concerned with corals, if they get et they get et. The tank has a good amount of live rock, and I will be adding more with the new fish.

I really like the bold look of the bicolor, and my lfs just got one traded in that is fat and the perfect size. The only downside is he's a confirmed zoa nipper. I think if he's still at the store when I go this weekend, he's coming home with me. If not, I'll put in an order for the eibli.

Looks like it was meant to be, Mr Muncher the bicolor angel is still at the lfs and now he's got my name on him. I am so excited! I showed my husband a batch of angels and that was the one we both liked.

The tank is a bit greener than I'd prefer but I wanted to make sure there was enough algae on the rocks. The lights have been adjusted, and the clean up crew is a crewing.
This is Gustopher, he is a criminal, and he knows what he's done. So far his crimes include squatting and excessive cuteness, as well as a confirmed zoa muncher.

Newest crew member went into quarantine today!

Pomacanthus sexstriatus

Once done in quarantine, it'll be joining the maculosus, French, coral beauty, flame, bicolor, and lemonpeel in the 240g. There is also a 3-4" queen coming to go in there later this week.

So far, my little bi color is doing absolutely fantastic-he eats pellets, goes after nori, and loves to graze the rocks. The biggest problem is he wont' go after mastic. He'll eat the mysis in the frozen cube, but the mastic gets ignored. Should I be worried? I feed a high quality pellet (New Life Spectrum) daily, nori every other day, and a frozen cube every third day or so. I want to make sure he gets all the proper nutrition.

Between 2.5 and 3 inches, nose to tail. Almost larger than I wanted, but he is the perfect size to complement my rabbitfish.

Thanks! I'll snag a few mussels from the store and see if he'll give it a try. I just want to make sure all my tank inhabitants get the best diet possible.

Thanks. Saw the Rabbit - is that a gold line? I couldn't tell for sure but I have one from Biota and it is very large. Great fish. Good algae eater. Cool eyes.

I think he's a gold line? I love his eyes, his color might not be the most vibrant, but he has the coolest blind/cat's eyes in the right light. I'm a bit of a softie, my tank is full of the 'returns and rejects' from the lfs I work at. Angel and the rabbitfish both were confirmed coral eaters and got returned-he's not a coral eater. He's picky and a jerk face. The dottyback is too smart for his own good and hides in plumbing.

It came with some gorgeous fish (including a bunch of beautiful large angels) I moved home over the weekend, so I can get the tank torn down and moved to my home. Really hoping the maculosus get along with one another!

It came with some gorgeous fish (including a bunch of beautiful large angels) I moved home over the weekend, so I can get the tank torn down and moved to my home. Really hoping the maculosus get along with one another!

Dang, what an incredible collection to inherit. As much as I love the angels in there, I've gotto say I'm spellbound by the crosshatch trigger pair Heresy in this thread, I know lol.

They are amazing fish. They were spawning when I got there to remove them from the 900g. Such an awesome sight to see. Hoping they'll do the same when they get back into the 900g.

Wow, some beautiful fish in there. The French angel is incredible as is the maculosis. Not often you see them that large in a home aquarium. So many amazing fish in that tank. Wow again.

Great looking fish. I, myself, will be adding several angelfish to my 400 gallon tank soon. Is your 900g tank glass or acrylic? How is your aggression between the emperor and queen angel? I am going to add both too.
