What's up nano reefers I am putting this little nano together for my two daughters and myself. For awhile they have been wanting me to do a nano next to my desk where they do their homework after school. Soooo I decided to do a little Eshopp's Deskmate build after stopping by WWC which is my LFS (check out their eBay auctions) and seeing Jake's Zoa garden build, I said to myself "why not"!! So decided to go with tbsaltwater live rock and sand also using my staple salt (TM Pro) Kessil A80 rounds out the light along with accessories from Kraken Lids, VCA and PNW, on top of that to double my diversity powers I added some live sand from Aqua Biomics. All in all at the end of the day this should be a fun addition to my nano collection stocking list to come in the near future. Lol don't mind the controller pic I am still working on cable management ;)

After four days the tank has cycled with the help of TB saltwater live rock and sand plus some Aqua Biomics live sand, ammonia undetectable, nitrite undetectable and nitrates sitting pretty at 6.1ppm. I plan on doing a 50% water change tomorrow and add some softies this coming weekend.

A little update everything is looking good so I added my livestock which consists of 4 masked gobies, 7 sexy shrimp 2 trochus snails and 2 bluelegs, along with that I have added several zoa frags, pink and green frogspawn and a frag of GSP which will have it own little island to keep it from taking over the tank. I also swapped some equipment out replaced the stock pump which is only 100 gph and replaced it with a Sicce micra plus 158 gph which has increased the flow considerably, next I swapped the Kessil A80 TB for the Reefbreeders nano reef light very happy I did as the A80 didn't seem to be cutting it even at 100% intensity. Last but not least I started out with the Eshopps nano skimmer and recently switched it out for the Bubble Magus QI nano I think is the name and I must say with in 24 hours it was skimming perfectly.

@Tiki_Reef Tank looks great! How much and often are you dosing All for Reef? Are you just using filter floss in your media cup?
