Sounds silly, but I like it because it's Neptune and goes with my other Neptune stuff splash resistant is very nice was well, and price point is more than fair

I like the fact it is designed as a refuge light, shape, mounting options, spectrum, waterproofing, and power supply options are well planned and executed. The affordable pricing for this light makes the purchase a no brainer for folks looking at refuge lighting options.

I really like the idea of being able to mount it stupidly close to the water's surface. The shape really matches well the refugium area of most sumps too, including my Trigger Ruby.
