THE GREATEST STAND EVER BUILT EVER!!

lol wow. is that a compliment? I think so... thanks?!
personally I have seen jaw dropping stands on here from other DIY projects so mine isn't that great. was just making a point. it really is not that hard. it just takes time, dont rush.
think I got the tools on black Friday. included a handheld circular saw, a drill, and a reciprocating saw? think it came with a flashlight. and you don't even have to be able to cut a straight line.
I sure cant. lots of sharpie marks and measuring. but anyway I have seen what they offer to sell you for a tank stand. and never again will I pay it....
if you feel up to the challenge, I would suggest others not either.

I find myself in a situation where I'm also looking looking into a breakfast nook, talk about over priced pieces of garbage. So I have my mind on creating matching 100g tank stand and kitchen nook. Considering they will be one window apart it makes perfect sense to build them both. If I add my per hour cost to the build cost it is outrageous, but the joy I find in doing this project is priceless.

My humble opinion, it is not about the cost savings, but the experience that matters with this type of project.
