Interesting, they have found several drugs that look promising in curing coronavirus. One being hydroxychloroquine. It's a drug that has been in use for some 50 years. It was first used to treat malaria, but is also used commonly to treat arthritis. A study just conducted in France treated 40 patients with corona and all were cured. It is also being used in America with the same results. The drug works as a preventative and a cure. It first stops the virus from entering the cell and it also prevents the virus from replicating itself. This is a game changer if this works out. Bayer has just donated 3 million pills to America.

I monitor, to some degree, the pills my 83 year of dad takes and i thought i remember him being prescribed this for some arthritis he has in one hand and in his neck. I spoke to him and he said he's been taking it for 5 years. Let's hope this and a few other things in the pipeline can end this and we can get on with our lives.
