I was thinking about adding miracle mud to my refugium to try and replace the trace elements that are being used by the system.
My system has auto water also to replace the trace the elements and take out undesirable things in the system.
Was wondering if the mud is a benefit or a waste of money. Trying to replace the elements naturally without adding chemicals to the system and also trying to save money

You are likely expecting too much from this product, especially with respect to managing trace element concentrations. As for saving money, simply avoid stony coral.
