@Katrina71 but it's SO important I'll say it again. Take the whole crate apart and look over every inch before you sign anything. It will irritate the dock workers a lot but just have them set it aside in a low traffic area that's out of the way and take your time.
When my sump showed up the dock worker was pushing me real hard to sign and get it and my truck out of the way. So I took even longer removing all the screws, taking the whole thing apart which I didn't really need to do. All the while my truck was parked on there main ramp into there facility and delivery trucks were lining up out the parking lot. This was after I paid full price for curbside delivery and they refused to deliver it saying it didnt fit in any of there trucks. Every truck I looked at in the line up it would have easily fit in to, they should have just been honest and said there delivery driver was too flocking lazy to do his job even after I informed FedEx there would be people there to unload it for him. Cost them 45 minutes of access into there own building and they had to refund the entire cost of shipping. Hope it was worth it:p
