ok ,was just doing routine flashlight checks on tanks,eel tank on bottom ,covered except eggcrating by hob,he would rouetnly slip into filter,stooped down on toes had the stick i would norm stick in and he would just slide back in tank,not that night shot out like a missle i reacted by falling sideways thumb hit floor first ,thought broke ankle crawled up stairs woke wife er... lol freaked the xxxx out of me tiny little eel ,yes eel was fine i had to wear hand brace 4 weeks limped for 2
sprained ankle dozens of times ,lower no prob walk it off ,upper do not recommend lol
