Tiki cocktail for the day: Trader Vic’s Grog
1/2 Lime - squeeze retain shell
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz light rum (I used J Wray & Nephew)
1 oz gold rum (I used Appleton)
1 oz dark rum (I used Goslings Black Seal)
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Trader Vic’s Grog Concentrate
Shake with ice and serve in a Mai-Tai glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with spent lime shell & sprig of fresh mint.
This is very smooth and you can’t really taste the alcohol. That is not always good. :)

Cooked chicken, rice and vegetables for the kids tonight. As a vegetarian, not something I do too often. Used some garlic and soy sauce to flavor. Molly said it was awesome. Logan said too well done. That is how I ate meat 20+ years ago, very well done. I had whiskey for dinner.

Neither. :) Pat's is only good after coming out of a club at 2am in the morning. lol And I've never been much for Geno's because i like my steak chopped. Regardless, there are so many good places in and around Philly including south jersey and delaware.
