Never had feta on a steak! I love feta, especially on a flatbread brushed with olive oil. Add some olives, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, and cover with feta cheese.

I’m right there with you, except Muenster. Wasn’t a favorite. LOVE Gorgonzola cheese. I make a Gorgonzola salad dressing that’s amazing. Been making it for 27 years. Goes great with a steak
 
Steps 6 and 6.5 are optional it says so right there in the instructions ;)
