I can't get to the "other" forum for a couple of days. My virus checker blocks it saying a virus has been detected. Anyone able to get there without a virus warning?

It is a known issue with some virus protection software and Chrome. If you have some other web browser software I think you should be able to get in. I have no problem with Explorer, FireFox, and iOS.

Mind you, I'm not about to change a browser for a website's issue.

Just passing on what I know works. If I needed to reply to a PM about a sale or something actually important I wouldn't hesitate to switch browser.

Hopefully they will fix it.

we don't mind name listing, I use reefcentral for reference links a lot :)

r2r is above the fray, doesn't squelch information.

I tried all browsers none work. I can go to the root site but it doesn't look right either. Maybe something is going on.

Mine stopped working a day or two ago as well. Firefox and Explorer don't work. Granted maybe the rest of my local club will come over here so I can stop having to post there too.

That is really strange that so many people are having issues with Firefox and Explorer, it is working fine for me. Perhaps it is an issue with the virus protection software being used? I use Norton on my personal computers. I don't know what my employers use, but it has to be stringent since I work at a bank.

It doesn't work with Chrome either. It sounds to me like your virus program does not integrate with all of your browsers. I use Avast and it pops up and blocks the site using any of the big 3 browsers.

Norton doesn't block it on any browser. ReefCentral has stated that is an advertisement that is triggering the warning and they are working to fix it and remove the banners that are causing the issue.
