The skimmer does not seem to be giving off any dirt

So a few months ago I decided to buy Kandila Advance Marine 24L which included a skimmer. What I am confused about is why the results of the skimmer look clean, not dirty or brown, as I usually see on YouTube or skimmer pictures in general.

How much of a bioload do you have? If it's low then you may just not have much of anything to skim out of the water.

I'm not familiar with that tank but I'm assuming it's 24 liters? If so then you probably have plenty of bioload to produce skimmate. So in your picture it looks like there is foam spilling into the collection cup but there doesn't look to be foam in the neck pushing it up.
Generally speaking if clean foam is making it into the collection cup you need to lower the water level, and if no foam is making it into the collection cup you need to raise the water level.
