I thought I would start this thread just out of curiosity.
So, If you could choose any 3-5 Tangs to put in a lets say 200 gallon tank, which ones would you choose?
Let's keep it realistic though and choose only tangs that wouldn't outgrow the system, kill each other off or the temperament, or tangs that just aren't ment for our tanks. Remember to keep all these things in consideration.
Let's see what you guys come up with! :wink:

Well I guess I would do purple, yellow, desjardini sailfin, achilles and blonde naso(male).

I would definitely include a Tomini Tang. Careful though, you may not want to include other bristletooth tangs.

In a 200 gallon (depending on dimensions) I would do a Purple Tang, Achilles Tang, and a yellow bellow hippo tang. All three are of different families and would therefore provide the least amount of aggression in the long run...although the purple may become a bit aggressive with age.

Yellow, purple, regal, and naso. All of which are currently happy and healthy in my 180 :bigsmile:

How big was it?! the scopas hybrids ive seen are huge

$70 for the chevy that was 4 inches. $150 for the hybrid around 2.5 inches. Yeah, one of the stores has prices I can't beat on everything.
