Thanks Brett! He is a beauty. Hunter told me how dark his is, but is still holding out showing any photos ;) But wow, that is crazy how dark yours is. Mine looks like it is darkening around its dorsel fin, but hard to think it could get as dark as yours is!

I don't have any of the darkness yet! Soon. I do have a picture of it looking quite a bit like yours, then it looks a lot like Brett's about a week later.

Thanks guys....I have been wanting one for a while. My LFS ordered it in from Quality Marine. It came in very healthy and has settled in nicely to her surroundings!

Beautiful fish MysteryBox...I honestly don't think I've ever seen a male Kuiter's before!

One fish that has eluded success with me is the Blue Star...I want a single or pair so bad, but everyone I've received is so beat up from shipping that they do not survive.

That's where I ordered them from...tried three before giving up for now! My plan is that once I upgrade, I will order maybe 3 or 4...and maybe that will increase the odds. So far I've only tried singles...

MY LFS doesn't really have any incoming tanks that have sufficient sand for a wrasse to burrow. Because of this, I don't like to ask them to order them in. I drip acclimate them for 30min-1hr depending on how different the salinity is.
