You know that’s my favorite but for many reasons not one I’m going to put in my tank. And yes it’s a chocolate. A simple one. It was between that and a two spot bristletooth.

Purple Tang
Gem Tang
Sailfin Tang
Chocolate Tang

3 PJ Cardinals

My list of potential new additions:
Exquisite Fairy Wrasse (C. exquisitus)

Red/Pink Margin Fairy Wrasse (C. rubrimarginatus)

Orange-Back Fairy Wrasse (C. aurantidorsalis)

Red Velvet Fairy Wrasse (C. rubrisquamis)

Which of these will have the best chances in the tank as it is now? Any that should be removed from the list? Any that shiuld be added?

Yes! Like wrasse! My brain isn’t in mindset to say about your list. You do like the more aggressive ones but should be ok. Wait for others to comment.
I will recommend adding them in groups. Also younger smaller females over bigger males.

Is it still general consensus that a mystery wrasse will not mix well with other wrasses in a tank? I have a 300 gallon with an Exquisite Fairy, Melanurus, and 2 yellow corris wrasses. My goal was to add more wrasses but don't want to cause an issue.

It seems to be the consensus. I have a Mystery Wrasse and it’s really chilled with other wrasses (and other fish). Maybe I got lucky.
