I have a small female meleagris in my 240 now. ( bought 3, but only one survived )

I would like to add a 2-3 bipartitus.
Providing I get the new ones through quarantine, what is the pecking order going to be like?

Will the single meleagris turn male? Like my last one did?
Will any of the bipartitus turn male?
Is it possible that I could get a male of each?
Will they get along? Are the 2 different leopard wrasses compete or co-exist?

Just trying to get a idea on what the possibilities could be.

Ok 1.5 years ago I started with 3 tiny (female) 1" bipartitus leopards, 2 months later added 2 melagris that were bit larger 2" and 2.5" by then my bipartitus were 1.5-1.75", everyone was happy in my 90 gal. After a month the one larger melagris goes to male, everything is fine, last year December I add 3 potters wrasse (1.5") without social problems, only 1 survives. Then my large male melagris is dead in the rocks (no clue why he was super happy) and then I add an ornate leopard (1.5"). The potter picked on the ornate for a day and now everyone is cool. Back to my bipartitus, one is 4" one is 3.5" and has a fat belly and one is small say 2", I am hoping my larger female transitions, but no signs yet and they all live in harmony so far.

TBD

Maybe

Maybe

Possible, yes.
Will they get along? Are the 2 different leopard wrasses compete or co-exist?
Maybe. If they all stay female, then yes. If a male comes out of the mix, probably. And if two males come out of the mix, probably not.
Just trying to get a idea on what the possibilities could be.
Unfortunately, lots.

I'm thinking of adding another Wrasse. There is no aggression and they all get along fine with the exception of the Royal Gramma, he will make an aggressive display once and a while if they get too close to his cave, but that's about it. Can it be done and if so what kind would you recommend?
9 month old 75 gal w/20 gal sump with:
Royal Gramma
Melanurus Wrasse
2 T/P clowns
Midas blenny
Fire Fish
CUC: Cleaner and Fire shrimp, Conch, Nassarius and Turbo snails.

Colin over at the zoacollector, a sponsor here. I got my pintails and flame from him, Great price healthy fish and shipped from Hawaii so it eliminates a few middle men and dirty tanks.

Great vendor did not want to assume it was him. I also got my pair of flames from him and my chevron tang. I will be hitting him up again very soon.

I thought about trying one of those royal pencils. Pretty fish! I love my new pink margin as well.
I had one about ten years ago, it did fine, ate well and very active but it found a hole in my cover and ended up carpet surfing. Current tank has more secure cover

While I've had no personal experience with either, I'm given to understand that radiants can be delicate and blackfin fairies large and a tad aggressive, like their cousin the scott's. (Both are beautiful though, and therefore tempting!)

I've got a Bali exquisite in QT, and though he's a young male still rebuilding weight from transport, and bringing his color up (the white spot on his nose is still evident!), I find him both attractive and charming. Deep green with red accents isn't a color I see in a lot of places.

~Bruce, who hesitates to say "you should get...", as everyone's tastes differ . . .
