Copper River if you can afford it. I got it on sale once. Amazing flavor. I've seen it at WinCo for $8 a pound for the whole filet (not sure if you have those?). Sprouts sells it for $23 a pound regular price when they have it.
Looks into UNS system I have a R90 and they come already pre glued and just ready to connect to the tank and that’s it no gluing smaller ones or anything and it does come with valves to shut off and unions too
