I had bought a 1lb Starbond EM-2000 Thick super glue a few months ago thinking it was going to be thick for gluing frags. Got around to using it and its not thick. I was reading up and saw that cyanoacrylate gel is made with Fumed Silica. Is this correct? If so would any of these products work? Also would it be safe for the reef? @Randy Holmes-Farley

Is it unusable?
How would you blend in the silica and have something usable after?

Says it should be the consistency of honey. Is it watery? or just not as thick as you wanted? I buy the gorilla glue superglue gel and it sometimes needs a good shake as the gel can separate from the thin watery part.
