Hey all, I was supposed to move to Kentucky but was offered a promotion at my present location so I will not be moving and sold my 75 gallon reef system.
Soooo now that I don't have to make the move I wanted to start up another tank but only want to do a Nano or Bio cube.
That being said, What is your take on either system?
I am kind of liking the HQI 28 gallon JBJ Nano but heard some bad reviews about the canopy not holding up. Did they improve them.
Oceanic doesn't make an HQI that I know of and I really dont care for the compact florescent systems.
I know I will be getting a chiller if I were to choose the JBJ system but need some more input before I make the plunge.
Help a fellow reefer out please.

Hello from IL also!
I started into saltwater in January of this year and my first and only tank is a JBJ 28.
I love it although you need to tweak it a little.
YOu did say you were going to get a chiller....
Needed for sure unless you go the route I did.
My tank was fluctuating alot in temp, so, not having the funds for a chiller, I raised my hood 3" and now blow a fan through it.
It keeps my temp stable.
I cool it with the fan and also have a heater, so if the fan cools it too much, the heater keeps it at 78.9.
Hope this helps.
