Thinking of getting out.

Hey guys,
I am thinking of getting out of the hobby as I seem to have lost the passion for it. All the cleaning and mixing has become more of a hassle to me than a joy. I am going to make a list of stuff just to gage interest. I have some large colonies of stuff that I would hate to cut up and I definately won't let my tank deteriate over time.

Here is some info. Tank is about 2.5 years old.
Standard 55g with homemade stand.
probably around 50-60lbs live rock.
4 bulb T5HO with LED moonlights and separate switches
2 korellia #1's
Maxi-jet 600 with ECO mod
Aqua-c Remora pro HOB skimmer.
Emperor 280 biowheel filter.

2 large Ocellaris clowns
Yellow Tang
Royal Gramma

Large AOG zoa colony
Large green tip Frogspawn colony 8-10 heads
Pink tip Frogspawn colony 3 heads
Red and green blasto
Evil mel zoa colony
Duncan colony approx 8-9 head
Kyrptonite candy cane 7 head
Green polyp toadstool leather.
Grean tree leather
Red and green blasto probably 5-7 polyp
Green open brain
Superman mushrooms
Blue/purple mushrooms

Thats pretty much what I can think of right now. This may just be a slow sell off but all of these corals have been in my tank for quite some time and are well established pieces. I have pics if you want them.

I may want to hold onto the powerheads until I sell off some more of the corals but when they get ready to go if you still want them they are yours. I know that zoas and palys sell for less by the colony then by the polyp. I haven't thought to much about prices so if you just wanna stop by sometime I am off Jenkins road in East Brainard area you can look things over and see what you want. You could probably help me out with figuring out some values on some of this stuff.
I am off this weekend and work day shift this coming week.

I might be able to help you move a few items. I have been thinking about upgrading my skimmer. I realize it will take a bit before you can let go of it, but I have some time. I also have interest in a few of the corals. How much are you asking?

Well guys, after a few hours in front of my tank last night and a long talk with the wife, I have decided not to sell this stuff for now. She actually talked me out of it based on all the time and effort that I have invested thus far. For those of you interested in some of the corals I think I am going to try to focus on getting into fragging some stuff to keep me motivated. Sorry for any troubles. I will let you know how the frags heal and when they are ready to sell if you are still interested.

You ran into the same debate I've had with myself a few times it seems, and after all of my fish dying earlier this month I was VERY close to ditching it, but after seeing how much time I had invested in everything else (disregarding money! LOL) I knew it just wasn't worth it.. It is so relaxing to sit in front of the tank, even without fish! glad to hear you convinced yourself otherwise too!
