Oh yes. It's alive. I've seen it before on the base of these Zoa's and didn't bother to remove it. These Zoa's have been closed up for over a week. Do you think the snail is the cause ?

If the snail has constantly been on them, it could keep them closed. Mine will stay closed for a few hours when the hermits come marching in. I've actually removed a hermit because he wouldn't stay out of the zoa garden.
