Cyano
Mostly reddish but can be green or purple as well.
If it blows away, it’s Cyano.

If you lack flow, it can... as it will reach up.

If you see massive bubbles attached to it, then its probably diatoms.

How old is the tank?
And what is your Nitrate and Phosphate if possible?

Looking at it now no bubbles haven't tested in a few day's but last time which was 5 day's ago nitrate was 6.4 phosphate 0.03 my tank has been running for a year and three month's now added a circulation pump yesterday but did that because I dosed chemi clean
