Besides using a razor blade would this product work for removing spray paint from glass ?

Yes but you’ll still need to apply some mechanical means of removal. And you don’t want to get this in your tank. Where is the paint and is the tank filled with livestock?

The tank is completely empty. I wouldn’t use any chemicals around livestock

I would try mineral spirits first it’s cheaper and can be found at Walmart paint isles
