Thoughts on aquaforest 1+2+3+ dosing kit?

I finally decided to invest into dosing after i tested my alkalinity yesterday and found out it's at 5 (!!!). I did some research and found the aquaforest powder of separate alk, calcium, and mag. My LFS said i cant add mag alone, i need to add other stuff to it before dosing for some "balling" method. I read up thay the aquaforest 1+2+3+ kit is the easiest choice to dose everything once i stabilize my parameters where i want them to be.

What are you thoughts on that product? I have a 4 head dosing pump so i can have the 3 big jugs hooked up for a while.
 
I've heard nothing but positive things about AF products.

There are many, many ways to ultimately add alkalinity and calcium, each with different pros and cons. Don’t rely on an lfs that sells products to decide what works best.
