I have thousands of copepods on my glass usually throughout the day but tonight I turned off my lights and shined my light. There are Thousands of red clear creatures swimming throughout the tank. It’s impossible to take a pic that’s clear but to describe their appearance they have black eyes, a red chest, and a transparent tail that kind of splits in the middle. Is this a type of pod or something else? They almost look like baby shrimps but all I have is one pistol and one coral banded.

The images aren't very clear, but my guess would be live Mysid shrimp. These sometimes hitchhike on live rock and serve as live food for larger organisms. They are also prolific breeders, though they might consume each other, as well as other pods; I still consider them to be beneficial overall, though.
P.S. I find it rather entertaining to watch them clumsily hovering around :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:.

Those are 100% shrimp . Copepods don't have black eyes and the movement in the video isn't copepod like .
