What a great company and service !
I have a 160 that three different times it would shut off, I would take it out to the shop and blow the dust out, which was powder from our Cockatoo Parrott, after that it worked fine.
One day it happened again, but this time, it stayed off.
So, I just called them to discuss the problem, and she said they have a $100 fee to check it out. She told me a few things to do that may bring it back to working order.
But, she offered me a fantastic price on a new 160we with a 2 year warranty and,......they don't require the old one back !
I don't know if I should say the price, but it's 170 bucks !
So, it's a no brainer.
