Getting order from TG tomorrow. Order WWC often but wanted a Sun coral and no other seller has had them in months, so paid up. WWC has always been very good, excited to see TG tomorrow.

I have had 3 terrible experiences with WWC online ordering. I gave them 3 strikes and they are out. I won't ever order from them again. Every order had either the wrong frags, missing frags, or dying/dead frags. Dealing with customer service was a pain as well. I've not ordered from Tidal Gardens.

I can assure you we have never sent out a coral-like that.

@Tidal Gardens is local to me. I've bought quite a few frags site unseen and have never been disappointed, if anything I've been pleasantly surprised.

Just received first TG order. On par with WWC and imo better price. WWC has some nice corals but insanely expensive. TG we’re packed perfectly for temperature which in Florida can be tricky. Had a few warming pads. The Fat Head Dendro is all ready opened for feeding…well done TG!

I deleted that post. It was NOT Tidal Gardens that sent that shipment. I cannot apologize enough to TG. I received their shipment today (I saw two emails and got confused, it is a very busy time of year for us (which is not an excuse)). The stuff is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS fom TG and packed incredibly well.

I've been in business 30 years. I would never make a bad comment about something unless I was completely dissatisfied, (which I am, currently with another seller). I'm giving that company a chance to make it right before I say anything about them, and I probably wouldn't make a comment unless someone asked about them.

Again, Tidal Gardens is awesome, I am more than pleased with their coral and certainly will do business with them again. I'm going to look for that post and see if I can remove it (which I thought I did).

I searched and saw good feedback on TIdal but didnt find much on WWC. Or both about the same and I'll be good with either?

This time of year the weather is terrible for shipping live coral. Order from the nearest store and see what you get.
