I recently bought a YWG and a very small tiger pistol shrimp with the obvious intentions to have them pair and live together in the burrow they make. A pic is included. I am paranoid because the shrimp is VERY small to the point where I couldn't really tell if it was a pistol shrimp or not. When I put them in the tank (acclimated them in the same container) they went their separate ways. The goby pops its head out during feeding time but no sign of the shrimp. Are smaller ones less hardy and poorer acclimators? I feel they would've been together after 2 days of being in the tank. I have an emerald crab, scarlet reef hermits, and nassarius. Woud those butt heads with a small shrimp like that?
