In the last few months, I have lost zoas, a Duncan, a Leather and just this morning a Dendro. I was thinking it was the Matted file fish. The Dendro frag plug was flipped over and underneath was a tunnel approximately 1/4 inch in diameter. I grabbed the black light and saw some type of worm, I believe, that fluoresced a bright green. It appeared to be about 6 inches long, hard to tell as it was very fast. I am going to try a bottle trap tonight and see if I can get this guy. Any other suggestions on figuring out what it might be? The picture shows the Denrdro with the tunnel next to it. The other shows what's left of the leather with the tunnel next to it. Thanks for any advice!

Let's see if these will help. In the second picture is the hole between the goby and the eaten leather.
